These terms govern your use of the VouchTails website, forms, and waitlist (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

This is a pilot-phase draft. A more detailed agreement will apply once bookings go live.

1. What VouchTails is

VouchTails is a marketplace that introduces pet parents to independent pet-care providers (walkers, sitters, groomers, boarders). We are not the caregiver. Care is provided by independent providers who pass our verification process.

2. The waitlist

Right now the site is pre-launch. Submitting a form adds you to a waitlist; it is not a booking, contract, or reservation. We'll reach out when we open in your area.

3. Your account & information

The details you submit must be accurate and your own. If you sign up on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission. Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you.

4. Providers are independent

Providers listed on VouchTails are not our employees. They set their own rates and schedules. We vet them through KYC, reference, and background checks, but we are not responsible for the conduct or outcomes of any individual booking. Any dispute is first and foremost between you and the provider; we will reasonably assist where we can.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't submit false or misleading information.
• Don't use the Service to harass anyone or to send spam.
• Don't try to break, probe, or overload the Service.
• Don't scrape or copy content from the site without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, illustrations, layout, logo — belongs to VouchTails or our licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. Everything else requires written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VouchTails is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (e.g., for gross negligence or fraud).

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
