When is VouchTails launching?+
We're piloting in select Chennai neighbourhoods right now — starting with Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Kilpauk, Aminjikarai, and Shenoy Nagar. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out on WhatsApp as soon as we open in your area.
How are providers verified?+
Every provider goes through a multi-step process: ID and address proof (KYC), a reference check with previous pet clients, and an in-person interview. Only providers who clear all three are introduced to pet parents.
What services will you offer at launch?+
Dog walking, pet sitting (day and overnight), grooming, and boarding. Cat care is included across sitting and boarding.
Which areas will you cover?+
We're starting hyper-local in north Chennai and will expand as our verified-provider network grows. If your neighbourhood isn't on the list yet, still join the waitlist — demand helps us prioritise where to expand next.
How much will it cost?+
Pricing varies by service, duration, and your pet's needs. Providers set their own rates, and the price is agreed up front before any booking is confirmed — no surprise charges.
I'd like to be a provider. How do I apply?+
Head to /for-providers and fill out the application. We review submissions weekly and will WhatsApp you within 48 hours to begin KYC.
What happens to my data?+
We use it only to run the waitlist, match you with a provider, and improve the service. We don't sell it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
